TANTRIC DANCE MEDITATION CLASS

Through yogic breathing, asana and meditative dance movement, we take powerful journeys deep within ourselves to facilitate profound holistic healing and increased well-being. Learn to energize the chakra system, clear our auras, heal the emotional body, awaken our shakti kundalini energy, align with the rhythms of the cosmos and realize our divine essence that we may become living temples for the divine to express through us.
